Payment, Cancellations & Refund Policy

Payment Policy

For every booking of our treatament packages to be confirmed, an advance payment is requested. This advance payment is due directly after the client has placed a binding booking at Nila Ayurveda Panchakarma & Wellness Centre (Nila Ayurveda).

The advance payment equals 10% of the total costs of the client’s stay. The advance payment can be made via bank transfer and clients are kindly asked to ensure that the exact amount is credited and that transfer charges are not levied on Nila Ayurveda.

After the respective advance payment has been received, the client will receive an e-mail confirming his/her booking.

Please note: Should we not receive the advance payment latest 1- one – week after the binding booking, the booking is considered invalid. In that case, Nila Ayurveda has the right to make the space available to other clients.

We highly advice clients to send a scanned copy, or a photo, of the confirmed bank transfer receipt to [email protected] in case there should be any delay of money transfer due to reasons beyond the client’s control.                    

The remaining amount of the treatment package has to be paid before the last 2 – two – days of the stay. The same is valid for all other optional on-site costs such as Kalari massages, private yoga sessions, laundry and “after care” medicines.

We accept payment through various modes such as online bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash.

Cancellations & refund Policy

In order to provide all clients of Nila Ayurveda an equal chance to book our capacities for treatments, any client is requested to inform us about cancellation intentions as soon as possible. The information needs to arrive at Nila Ayurveda in an e-mail before 18:00/6 pm local time on a working day. If the cancellation information arrives later than 18:00/6 pm local time, it is automatically counted to the next working day.

More than 30 days before the booked arrival date, the advance payment will be refunded with the deduction of administration cost, €100 plus the bank’s transfer fee. 

Later than 30 days before arrival date there will be not refunds of the advance payment.

Currency

All costs and payments are applicable in Euro (€), if not stated otherwise by Nila Ayurveda. The client is kindly requested to ensure that the exact amount is paid.

In case of refunds, possible fluctuations in the currency exchange rates might cause a slightly different sum to be refunded. The client is aware of this possibility when placing his binding booking, as Nila Ayurveda cannot be held responsible for such.
